Modify a claim

You submitted a claim and need to make a change—it happens. You submitted incorrect information, or maybe you have new details that could change the outcome of your claim.

  1. Sign in to your member account.

    If you do not have one, you need to register for a member account.

  2. You can find your completed claims in 2 ways:
    • from home page, click on View completed claims
    • from the menu, go to Claims and select the type of claim you wish to view
  3. Find your claim and click on Modify. If there is no button, it cannot be modified.
  4. Select the person this claim is for.
  5. Select the product or service you want to modify.
  6. Tell us why you want to modify the claim in the text box.
  7. Upload all relevant documents.
  8. When you're done, review and submit your request.

Make sure to keep your receipts in case we need to verify your claim.
