Modify a claim
You submitted a claim and need to make a change—it happens. You submitted incorrect information, or maybe you have new details that could change the outcome of your claim.
- You can find your completed claims in 2 ways:
- from home page, click on View completed claims
- from the menu, go to Claims and select the type of claim you wish to view
- Find your claim and click on Modify. If there is no button, it cannot be modified.
- Select the person this claim is for.
- Select the product or service you want to modify.
- Tell us why you want to modify the claim in the text box.
- Upload all relevant documents.
- When you're done, review and submit your request.
