Cancel a claim

You can cancel a claim if it's considered in process. That means the claim has been submitted but has not been reviewed by our team and completed.

  1. You can find your in-process claims 2 ways:
    • from the home page, click on View in process claims
    • from the menu, go to Claims and select Recent claims
  2. Go to the Claims remaining to be processed tab. Find the claim and click Cancel. If it does not have a link, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. Select a reason.
  4. When you're done, review and submit your changes.

When you cancel a claim online, it will be cancelled immediately.

More information

If you did not see a link to cancel your claim, it may have been completed. If that happens, you can always modify your claim.
