Cancel a claim
You can cancel a claim if it's considered in process. That means the claim has been submitted but has not been reviewed by our team and completed.
- You can find your in-process claims 2 ways:
- from the home page, click on View in process claims
- from the menu, go to Claims and select Recent claims
- Go to the Claims remaining to be processed tab. Find the claim and click Cancel. If it does not have a link, it cannot be cancelled.
- Select a reason.
- When you're done, review and submit your changes.
When you cancel a claim online, it will be cancelled immediately.

If you did not see a link to cancel your claim, it may have been completed. If that happens, you can always modify your claim.
