- How many points do I need to enter a draw to win a prize?
The number of points needed to enter a draw varies. Check the prize descriptions to find out how many points you need to redeem for chances to win different prizes.
- How do I check the number of entries I have in a draw?
Check the prize description to see how many entries you have entered into a draw.
- When are the reward draws held?
Draws are held weekly; however, not every prize is drawn every week. Check the prize description to see how many days remain until the next draw for that prize.
- What are my odds of winning a prize?
Your odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries by all plan members and the total number of entries you entered.
- How are winners chosen?
Winners are chosen randomly by a computer generator.
- How do I know if I won a prize?
You will be notified by email if you win a prize.
- What do I do if I’ve won a prize?
When you receive your email notifying you that you won a prize, click the link inside the email. It will take you to the Alberta Blue Cross member site. Sign in, click Balance, then follow the prompts to claim your prize.
- How long will it take for me to get my prize?
Please allow 10 to 15 business days after you submit your declaration and release form for your prize to be delivered.
- How long do I have to claim my prize?
You have 60 days to submit your declaration and release form in order to claim your prize. The prize will be redrawn if you do not claim it within the 60-day timeframe.
