Yes. Please obtain and complete a Travel Claim form from Alberta Blue Cross. You also need to obtain and complete the Insurance Claim Consent and Authorization form from Alberta Blue Cross. Submit receipts or statements to Alberta Blue Cross along with all completed forms.
