If you are an active, primary plan member on an Alberta Blue Cross^® benefit plan, you will be able to register and sign in today for online access to your claims and benefits information. Dependants can sign in for access to Balance^®, our online health and wellness resource.

Register

If you have never used the member website, register to access it today. You will be asked to verify your identity by entering your last name, group and ID number and your date of birth. You will then set up a login ID, password and your security questions and agree to the site’s terms of use. After this short registration procedure, you will have immediate access to your claims and benefits information.

Sign in

If you have previously entered the secure plan member website, use the "Sign in" button to the right. After successfully entering your login ID and password you will have online access to your claims and benefit information.

* Only the primary plan member has access to see claims and benefits information. Dependants have access only to Balance^®, if available on their benefit plan.
