New receipt verification process

We recently updated our online claim verification processes, which includes expanded requests for receipt submission for online claims. Our system identifies online claims for receipt verification through an automated process that considers various factors such as claim type, type of product or service, amount of claim and submission patterns. If your claim has been selected for verification, prompt submission of receipts will ensure your claim gets processed in a timely manner.
