Many health professionals are now offering virtual services to continue to meet your needs. If your plan covers the practitioners listed below, we will accept claims for services that were delivered virtually as long as they’re one of our eligible providers. We have added “telehealth/virtual services” as a health claim submission option to the products and services drop-down menu.
