Submitting your claims

If you have a Seniors Plus (Group 2009), Health Plus (Group 2008), Blue Choice® (Group 3007), Blue Assured® (Group 3008) or Personal Choice plan (Group 2007) we have some tips that can help you make the most of your plan.

Since the issues relating to adjudication are complex, we issue a detailed statement for each completed claim. These are often accompanied by a cheque, and are intended to help you understand the decisions made about the claim you submitted.

The Blue Advantage® program

The Blue Advantage® program allows Alberta Blue Cross® plan members to save on medical, vision care and many other products and services offered by participating providers.
